You are invited to respond to the final consultation on the Draft Design Code. The consultation is now open until 23.59 on Sunday 05 November 2023. It is hosted by Common Place: <a href="https://elmbridge.commonplace.is/"></a><a href="https://elmbridge.commonplace.is/">https://elmbridge.commonplace.is/</a> and includes an <a href="https://elmbridge.commonplace.is/en-GB/proposals/test-tile/step1">online questionnaire</a>. Please let us know your views. We are also holding two drop-in sessions at the Civic Centre, Esher. Officers will be available to talk though the content of the Draft Design Code and answer any questions you may have. There is no need to book your place. Consultation on the Draft Elmbridge Design Code is now open

Elmbridge Borough Council is preparing a Design Code for the borough.

We want to hear your views about what makes your local area special – what do you value the most? What makes it distinctive? What should new development in the area be like to reflect the local character?

The consultation will run for 5 weeks until 5 November 2023.
